Job summary

Exemplar Health Care Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our North West homes (Wigan, Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas). You will work with operational teams to drive people strategies and employee engagement.

The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with a £59,500 base salary and a £3,000 car allowance. You will manage HR projects, analyse workforce data, and provide coaching across levels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a strong HR Business Partner in an autonomous, operational and strategic role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels.
• Ability to interpret and implement HR policies.
• Ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations in an appropriate manner.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and drive the people strategy aligned with the business and wider HR strategy.
• Deliver people plans by driving key activities and initiatives in partnership with the HR function.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
