Job summary

Babcock International in the United Kingdom is offering a two-year HR Business Partner Apprenticeship. You’ll complete the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management while gaining practical experience and exposure to strategic HR projects.

During the programme you’ll support HR activities from data analysis and reporting to recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement, working with HR professionals across the business.

Qualifications

• At least 5 GCSEs at grade C/4+ including English, Maths and Science/Technology.
• 3 A levels at grade C or above.
• Must be able to achieve BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of HR activities, including data analysis, report preparation, recruitment and onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to projects such as workforce planning, organisational change, diversity and inclusion, and talent management.
