Job summary

Ashdown Group are supporting a leading international organisation with an immediate short-term HR Operations assignment in the Uxbridge area. This hands-on contract role focuses on day-to-day HR operations across the UK, partnering with HR and line managers.

You will deliver practical support across the HR lifecycle—employee relations, onboarding, absence and performance management, HRIS, records, and reporting. CIPD or equivalent experience is desirable.

HR Business Partner – Short-Term Contract

2–4 Week Contract | £375 per day | Inside IR35 | Uxbridge area - Immediate Start

Ashdown Group are supporting a leading international organisation with the appointment of an experienced HR Operations professional for an immediate short-term assignment.

This is a hands‑on role supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of HR operations across the UK, working closely with the wider HR team and business managers.

You will provide practical support across the HR lifecycle, including:

• Employee relations and general HR advice
• Supporting managers with HR processes and employee issues
• Absence and performance management
• Onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
• HR systems, records and reporting
• Supporting HR policies and processes
• Providing general operational support to the HR team

We're looking for an experienced HR generalist/HR Operations professional who can quickly get up to speed, work independently and provide confident, practical HR support within a fast‑paced international organisation.

The essentials:
