Job summary

Ashdown Group are supporting a leading international organisation with an immediate short-term HR Operations assignment in the Uxbridge area. This hands-on contract role focuses on day-to-day HR operations across the UK, partnering with HR and line managers.

You will deliver practical support across the HR lifecycle—employee relations, onboarding, absence and performance management, HRIS, records, and reporting. CIPD or equivalent experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Operations/generalist experience.
• Good knowledge of ER and HR processes.
• Confident working with managers and employees.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with HRIS systems.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR support across the lifecycle.
• ER and HR advice to managers.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Manage attendance and performance processes.
