Job summary

Middlesbrough Council is recruiting for an HR Business Partner in a part-time role (22 hours per week) based in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality People Services, ensuring legislative compliance, and enabling managers to meet strategic priorities.

A degree or equivalent experience is required, with CIPD study encouraged and CPD evidence expected.

Job description

We have an exciting role on offer within our Human Resource as a HR Business Partner.

This role will involve contributing to the delivery of excellent People Services to achieve our Strategic Plan and respond to organisational challenges as well as supporting designated services to enable managers and services to deliver their strategic priorities and meet legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will share our values and have excellent working knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice along with relevant experience in a HR role. Further details are available within the job description and person specification.
