Elior Uk is seeking an HR Business Partner – Education (FTC) to enhance employee experiences. This remote role involves managing employee relations and delivering HR initiatives, making a positive impact across educational client groups. If you have a strong HR background and a CIPD qualification, we want to hear from you!
Join us as an HR Business Partner – Education (FTC) and play a key role in shaping a positive people experience across our education client groups. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll take a consultative and personalised approach to all aspects of HR — from supporting employee relations to delivering meaningful initiatives that enhance every stage of the employee journey. Working as a true generalist, you'll help attract, engage, develop, and recognise our teams, all while contributing to the broader UK and Group HR strategy. This is a fixed term opportunity starting as soon as possible up until the end of August 2025. This is a remote role with travel required to support business needs.
