Role: HR Business Partner (Operations - Multi Site)

Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us, focusing on the Operations team in the field. You will collaborate closely with our Regional Directors and their Regional Operations Managers. Reporting to our People Director, you will join a growing People team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide a true partnering service to the Regional Operations Directors across 100+ schools, supporting the People Director with strategic people initiatives and ensuring effective delivery.
- Manage employee relations issues and empower stakeholders to handle high-level complex cases.
- Work with the Engagement, Development & Talent HRBP to ensure talent presence at all levels, with clear succession plans, and identify gaps to create robust training plans.
- Support and drive initiatives to increase engagement levels and improve staff retention within your territory.
- Guide and advise managers on understanding and implementing IFG policies consistently and effectively.
- Support company transformation/change programs and people initiatives as a positive influence and change agent to foster positive cultures.
- Contribute to monthly reporting for strategic board reviews.
- Build and maintain credible, respected relationships with all stakeholders.
- Assist operational teams proactively and efficiently to ensure excellent customer and client experiences.
- Handle all data in strict compliance with GDPR and confidentiality policies.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent collaborator with a flexible, agile growth mindset.
- Experience in a multi-site HRBP role, ideally managing 50+ sites.
- Experience in fast-paced HR roles within Food, Retail, Catering, or Hospitality sectors.
- Positive, resourceful, engaging, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of building inclusive, talent-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to align business needs with a strong people agenda.
- Strong skills in leading change, project management, and relationship building.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices, with experience managing complex legal issues.
- Highly developed influencing skills and the ability to manage diverse client needs.
- Confidence in presenting strategies and plans to peers, demonstrating the added value as a true HRBP.
