Join Our People Team at Napthens LLP – HR Business Partner

Offices: Preston (Head Office), with occasional travel to Blackburn, Lytham, Liverpool, Southport & Kendal

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Preston, Lancashire with hybrid working pattern (3 days in-office / 2 days from home)

About the Role?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR Advisor, HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You’ll be:

• Acting as a true business partner to a large section of the firm
• Leading on complex employee relations cases with confidence and care
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit
• Getting involved in exciting people projects and initiatives
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

What We’re Looking For?

You’ll be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with solid, hands-on experience in HR advisory roles. You’ll bring:

• A strong grasp of employment law and ER best practices
• The ability to influence and advise senior leaders
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in professional services, outsourced HR, or multi-site businesses (a big plus!)
