A leading global data and technology company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their UKI HR team. This strategic role involves advising business leaders, shaping people strategies, and managing talent processes to align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset, contributing to a culture that values diversity and innovation.
We are looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our UKI HR business partnering team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will work in partnership with business leaders to advise and create a people strategy to deliver strategic plans and results within a matrix environment.
As member of the business leadership team, you will be a trusted advisor to multiple executive stakeholders. You will be a sounding board, coach and confidante on important matters and offer visible behavioural leadership to the business.
Considered as the lynchpin between the HR Team and the business, you will be relationship-driven, yet able to hold both parties to account to ensure activity adds value and underpins business strategy.
