As our HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to our Contract Logistics business unit, playing a critical role in aligning our HR strategies with Business Unit goals. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders to help shape strategic initiatives, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement.
This is a national role requiring a driving license, as you’ll support stakeholders across the Midlands areas. The role is hybrid, allowing you to plan your own diary and enjoy a mix of working from home and office locations.
