Join Lift Schools as a Regional HR Business Partner, where you'll lead a team in providing expert HR support across the London and South region. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR advisory experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to providing excellent education for every child.
We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to support our schools across the London and South region. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead a team of HR Coordinators and an HR Advisor providing high quality, expert HR support that drives positive outcomes across our schools.
As a Regional Business Partner you will work closely with Principals, Regional Education Directors and senior leaders to deliver practical, solution-focused advice across a wide range of HR issues – from casework and policy implementation to strategic change management. You will also play a key role in developing HR capability within schools, contributing to a culture where staff feel valued and well supported.
This is a varied role that combines hands-on support with influencing and leadership. You’ll need excellent stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work across multiple sites and priorities. Previous experience in the education/public sector and multi-site organisations would be highly beneficial.
