We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to support a growing and dynamic team within our UK & Ireland division. This is an exciting opportunity to shape culture, develop talent, and drive meaningful organisational change.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
Be a trusted advisor on all things people – coaching, challenging, and supporting managers to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
Use people data and insight to influence decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Champion employee engagement and wellbeing, leading initiatives that bring our values and purpose to life.
Shape future growth through effective organisational design, talent acquisition, and
Drive learning, performance, and career development across all levels.
Guide early-stage employee relations and support a culture of fairness, trust, and psychological safety.

To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:

Demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a high-growth organisation.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into people-focused action.
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence working with data and using it to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Proficiency with digital tools and modern HR tech, including emerging AI-driven platforms.
