Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our London office (W12 7TF) and 2 days home based

We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to support our schools across the London and South region. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead a team of HR Coordinators and an HR Advisor providing high quality, expert HR support that drives positive outcomes across our schools.

As a Regional Business Partner you will work closely with Principals, Regional Education Directors and senior leaders to deliver practical, solution-focused advice across a wide range of HR issues – from casework and policy implementation to strategic change management. You will also play a key role in developing HR capability within schools, contributing to a culture where staff feel valued and well supported.

This is a varied role that combines hands-on support with influencing and leadership. You’ll need excellent stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work across multiple sites and priorities. Previous experience in the education/public sector and multi-site organisations would be highly beneficial.

Experienced in HR advisory and casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability
Confident supporting senior leaders and influencing decision making
Skilled at building strong working relationships across a range of stakeholders
Organised, proactive and resilient – able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
