Job Description
The London based HR Business Partner will:
- Provide strategic and operational human resource advice
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the organisation's mission
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, staff development, and performance management
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters
- Lead and manage change initiatives
- Contribute to the development of the organisation's culture and values
- Manage employee relations and communication
- Provide support in the management of organisational structure and staffing levels
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in the Not-For-Profit sector
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies and operations
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to manage change and resolve conflicts
