Are you looking for an HR role that fits around your lifestyle? Clover HR is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our growing team on a self-employed basis covering London and the South East.

Due to our expanding client base, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who has been in a standalone or senior decision-making role.

Clover HR specializes in bespoke HR consultancy services for SMEs across the UK. Our team offers comprehensive HR solutions, extensive knowledge, and sound advice across all HR areas.

The successful candidate will work part-time, providing HR solutions and business support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. This is a field-based role, primarily working from a home office, with occasional travel to client sites in London and the South East.

The Role

As a HR Business Partner with Clover HR, you will be the primary contact for our clients' HR needs within your area, providing advice and support based on your experience.

You will manage client HR issues, advising on various employee lifecycle matters, and delivering pragmatic, commercially-focused HR support.

Main Duties
  • Provide HR advice across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and sickness absence management.
  • Support TUPE and redundancy processes.
  • Offer coaching and mentoring.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and employment contracts.
  • Network and develop new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in employee relations is essential.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment is beneficial, with the ability to deliver pragmatic advice within a commercial context.
  • Flexibility to respond quickly to client needs.
Compensation
  • £20 per hour.
  • Part-time hours, to be discussed with the client.
