Your new role
This post will suit an experienced HR generalist, a talented and dedicated HR professional looking for a rewarding role and with the skills to deliver HR services which support further success. A role offering the opportunity for career progression! You can expect to grow with the role, aiming to become part of the SLT through adding value. Your HR post will include the activities below:

  1. Collaborate with the management team to develop the HR Business Strategy and objectives, aligning them with the overall strategic business plan.
  2. Offer professional advice and support to Directors and Managers on employment legislation etc.
  3. Focus on employee learning and development through appraisals, coaching, and training programs to support business goals.
  4. Proactively support change management, recruitment initiatives etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • This post will suit a confident and collaborative HR Manager with experience of working with a strong leadership team.
  • Experienced, engaging and effective in developing the trust of the management team.
  • Positive influence, integrity and consistency in managing situations and people.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with employees.
  • Able to implement an effective employee appraisal programme and support employee development.
  • This opportunity will suit HR professionals who are well-versed in working in hands-on roles with the flexibility to also contribute strategically.
  • You will have solid HR experience, including a good understanding of general employment legislation.
