Job summary

SF Partners is exclusively recruiting an HR Business Partner based in Nottingham with hybrid working. The role is permanent, full-time, and offers up to £50,000 DOE plus benefits.

You will work closely with managers and senior leaders, handling ER casework, coaching, organisational change and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced in a regulated environment, and capable of delivering on day-to-day HR activities while contributing to wider HR projects and people

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRBP experience in a regulated environment is essential.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and senior leaders.
• Strong experience in workforce planning and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ER casework and employee relations issues.
• Coach and develop line managers and senior leaders to improve performance.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and HR projects.
• Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with business leads.
• Analyze people data to inform commercial decisions and people strategy.

I'm currently exclusively recruiting for an operationally focused HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation within a highly regulated environment.
This one would suit someone who enjoys being a true, hands on HRBP - working super close to the business, directly with managers and senior leaders and still getting stuck into the day-to-day HR agenda.
The role will cover a broad range of HR activity, including complex ER casework, coaching and developing managers, organisational change, workforce planning, employee engagement, people data and wider HR projects.
I'm keen to speak with experienced HR Business Partners, but would also consider a strong Senior HR Advisor who is ready to take that next step.
Experience within a regulated is essential, particularly backgrounds such as healthcare, social care, education and legal.
