Job summary

BRAND NEW EXCLUSIVE ROLE: HR Business Partner Nottingham - Hybrid working Up to £50,000 DOE plus benefits Permanent & Full Time

I'm currently exclusively recruiting for an operationally focused HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation within a highly regulated environment.

This one would suit someone who enjoys being a true, hands on HRBP - working super close to the business, directly with managers and senior leaders and still getting stuck into the day-to-day HR agenda.

The role will cover a broad range of HR activity, including:

• complex ER casework
• coaching and developing managers
• organisational change
• workforce planning
• employee engagement
• people data
• wider HR projects

I'm keen to speak with experienced HR Business Partners, but would also consider a strong Senior HR Advisor who is ready to take that next step.
