I have partnered exclusively with a leading boutique Investment Bank that specializes in M&A and Private Funds Advisory. This is a fast-paced & dynamic organization with ambitious growth plans in the coming months. Due to the scale of the business, this is a true hands-on HR Business Partner role, requiring the successful candidate to handle strategic, operational & holistic responsibilities. We are looking for individuals with strong skill sets in performance management, compensation, Workday (preferred), and strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to build trust, respect, and professionalism.
2. Foster a high-performance culture where talent is recognized, nurtured, and underperformance is effectively addressed.
3. Advise managers and employees on HR policies and practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to best practices.
4. Support managers in building inclusive teams through effective recruitment, development, and promotion strategies.
5. Collaborate with HR colleagues to continuously improve and execute the people strategy and business plans.
