The role
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Join us as a HR Business Partner, leading people strategy implementation and business transformation within the Nuclear sector. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to drive resourcing, reward, development, culture, and leadership solutions, ensuring alignment with future commercial contracts.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead HR change initiatives by managing sector-wide projects, aligning solutions with business needs. Oversee scheduling, financials, and risk management while driving stakeholder engagement, monitoring Key Performance Indicators, and delivering data-driven insights.
This role is full time 35, hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintainBaseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
