Stirling Council is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team. Our People services support the organisation and its communities, focusing on policy, the Scottish Fair Work framework, and innovative HR practices.
As HR Business Partner, you will be the primary HR contact, providing advice and guidance, supporting case management, and developing effective working relationships to understand and meet business needs.
Requirements include extensive HR experience, knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, and CIPD Associate Level 7 status (working towards Chartered Membership).
