HR Business Partner at Kramp

Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation of HR processes in assigned departments and teams according to strategy and global standards
Close collaboration with managers in identifying and developing employees' potential
Design and implement development programs for teams, conducting training and workshops focusing on skill development, leadership, and effectiveness
Participation in recruitment processes
Initiate and participate in Employer Branding activities
Participate in international projects supporting employee development and engagement
Provide support in employee relations, including internal communication, organizational culture aligned with values, and integration
Ensure accurate and complete data in our HR systems and document flow
Requirements:
5 years of operational experience in the HR field.
Higher education (preferred fields: Human Resource Management, Sociology, Psychology, etc.).
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to reason and persuade based on data
Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to changes
Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
Experience working in an international organization will be an advantage
