Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is hiring a HR & Corporate Back Office Technology Business Partner to shape and deliver the technology strategy for HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications. You will manage roadmaps, partner with business stakeholders and drive AI-enabled process improvements.

Based in Liverpool city centre, this full-time role offers a 35-hour week with a competitive salary and a strong benefits kit, including pension, life assurance and healthcare perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior HR technology or product role in a complex organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage at all levels.
• Ability to document and present complex user journeys clearly.
• Experience creating reports and using data to inform decisions.
• Creative and analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as Trello/Jira/GitLab.
• Understanding of compliance, governance and security requirements.
• Experience using AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver technology strategy for HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications.
• Manage roadmap/backlog; balance efficiency, value, UX and innovation.
• Drive improvements with stakeholders and product teams.
• Champion appropriate uses of AI in line with policy.
• Use data to evaluate performance and identify cost savings.
• Support business cases and investment proposals for tech change.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers; evaluate and onboard new vendors.
• Oversee system integrations and simplify supplier landscape.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security and risk requirements.
• Lead tech change across HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications tech estate.
