HR Assistant – Our client is a long established and forward thinking firm with offices across London and the Southeast. They provide a broad range of legal services to individuals, businesses, and charities. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented HR Administrator to join their central operations team on a part time basis. To offer HR support throughout the week, they are looking for someone 2.5 days per week. Ideally, the hours will be spread across 4 to 5 shorter working days.
You will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner and wider management team, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. You will support recruitment, onboarding, inductions and probation processes, as well as assist with absence, training and general employee lifecycle administration. The role will also involve preparing HR correspondence and documentation, supporting HR policies and procedures, and ensuring all personal and employment related information is handled with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Candidates should have previous experience in HR and/or compliance administration, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, along with discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Experience in a regulated environment and/or a CIPD Level 3 qualification would be advantageous.
