Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting an experienced HR Manager (ER & Projects) to join the People team in Cosham. This hybrid role offers 2 days at home and a salary between £50,000 and £65,000 depending on experience.

You will provide senior ER guidance, lead HR projects, and support organisational change while partnering with senior leaders to shape the people strategy and improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive generalist HR experience with strong ER expertise.
• Experience delivering HR projects within a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
• Proactive, autonomous and solutions-focused approach.
• CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HR advice and support on complex ER matters, including disciplinaries, grievances and organisational change.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR projects across engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, and talent planning.
• Support workforce planning and change management, helping leaders navigate change and reduce people risk.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and ER frameworks in line with employment law.
• Coach and develop managers and HR colleagues to strengthen capability and consistency.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR services.
