Job description

Role Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

Effectively manage HR-related admin, casework, and associate queries on a daily basis. The HRA will continue to foster a positive workplace culture through manager ownership and drive change of new processes and policies.

This role is a 12-month FTC and will be based on-site at our Stakehill Site, Middleton.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Monitor the ops inbox for HR-related queries.
  2. Partner with team leads and supervisors for guidance on HR processes.
  3. Complete casework to free up HRBP to handle more complex cases.
  4. Log right to work, return to works, sickness absence documents.
  5. Maintain timecard accuracy to avoid payroll issues.
  6. Manage communications around site via QR code and TV screens.
  7. Participate in ‘Office hours’ / ‘HR pit stop’ on the floor to answer queries and engage with associates.
  8. Conduct performance management meetings for associates.
  9. Drive site engagement at all business levels.
  10. Promote positive culture change across the site.
  11. Implement and drive process changes created by the HR business partner with input from HRA.

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
