The department delivers administrative support, ensures compliance with employment legislation, and drives the development and implementation of HR policies and practices to enable business growth and operational excellence.
Reporting into the HR Manager, the primary objective of the HR Assistant is to be responsible for all HR correspondence and documentation, and to act as a first point of call for HR-related queries including Absence Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.

Hours of Work: Monday–Friday, 35 hours between 9am–5pm
Rate of Pay: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Work Location: Head Office, Knowsley, Liverpool. RELOCATING SPRING 2027 L24.
Travel Requirements: As required for business needs
Holiday Entitlements: 33 days including Bank Holidays
