Job Description:

Are you an organised and proactive professional with experience providing high-level administrative support? We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to join a busy and supportive team within an educational setting in Wolverhampton.

This is initially a 3-month temporary role, working full-time (37 hours per week), offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the initial point of contact for the Director of HR.
  2. Provide comprehensive administrative support across a variety of tasks.
  3. Manage incoming communications and queries with efficiency and discretion.
  4. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  5. Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  6. Support the smooth running of the HR function with general office duties.
