Key Responsibilities

2. Manage daily HR tasks such as onboarding, self-service tools, and attendance reviews
3. Create reports using internal dashboards for leadership

5. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and HR best practices

Work Environment

This role involves working on-site with warehouse teams, with possible rotation among HR colleagues. You will interact directly with employees, addressing queries and supporting HR processes.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Payroll
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding and administrative processes
• Knowledge of employment law and HR/payroll practices
