Simpson Booth Ltd is seeking an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to shape the people strategy, design and implement HR policies from the ground up, and partner with the COO and leadership to support a major hiring ramp-up.

You will lead recruitment across functions, manage onboarding, performance, and development, ensure compliance with UK law, and drive data-driven HR reporting to enable scalable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner in fast-growing or transformation environments.
• Experience building HR structures and processes from scratch.
• Hands-on, high-volume recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in M&A, post-merger integration, or organisational transformation is a plus.
• Data-driven, structured approach to HR management.
• Payroll experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel between North West and East Midlands.

• Drive HR data reporting, KPIs, and automation to scale processes.

• Act as a business partner to the COO and leadership team.
• Manage change management and integration post-merger.
