Job summary

AWE is offering an HR apprenticeship based at Green Park, Reading, with three days onsite per week. The program focuses on People, Culture and Communications, supporting HR across employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to workplace queries.

Applicants should have 5 GCSEs (4/C or above) incl. Maths and English, be a British National aged 18+ by Aug 31, 2027, and be willing to obtain security clearance. Start date is 1 September 2027.
