Mace Construct Limited is seeking an Associate Director – Head of HR Applications Support to lead the service, governance and continuous improvement of the HR applications portfolio (Oracle Fusion HCM, Zellis ResourceLink, Benify and related integrations). The role sits at the intersection of People, Payroll, Finance and IT, delivering stable, secure systems and reliable HR data for the business.

• Hands-on ITSM with HR systems knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise HR/payroll systems.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior owner for HR applications, ensuring configuration, support and governance.
• Lead service delivery, defining KPIs, incident resolution and escalation routes.
• Partner with People, Payroll, Finance and IT to prioritise demand and roadmap.
• Own change roadmap, release management and testing cycles.
• Ensure data integrity and appropriate access controls across systems.
• Oversee interfaces between HR systems and payroll/finance platforms.
• Drive automation, process improvements and vendor performance reviews.
• Lead compliance activities including GDPR, ISO 27001 and internal controls.
