The role involves direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter usage, ATS management, interviewing and onboarding, plus handling employee relations and policy compliance. It offers UK-wide exposure and the chance to shape recruitment strategy within an international manufacturing environment.

• Strong track record recruiting senior, technical and specialist-level employees.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and direct sourcing techniques.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

• Proven ability to lead HR projects, analyse KPI data and drive continuous improvement across HR functions.

Location: Commutable from Wrexham, Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Ellesmere

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
