Job summary

Sirius Search HR Recruitment supports a well-established precision manufacturer in the West Midlands to recruit a People & Culture Manager. This hybrid, permanent role leads UK HR, reporting to the Operations Director with a dotted line to the Global People & Culture Director.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, advise regional leaders, ensure UK employment law compliance, drive workforce planning and recruitment, and manage compensation and benefits while building an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems and strong data management skills.
• Solid understanding of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
• An understanding of cross-cultural differences and ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent; a master's degree or additional HR certification is advantageous.

• Promoting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the region.
• Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to align practices and lead group HR projects.
• Ensuring consistent application of HR policies across the region.

As People & Culture Manager, you will be the HR lead for the UK region, reporting to the Operations Director with a dotted line into the Global People & Culture Director. This is a hands-on, visible and impactful role for someone who enjoys owning the full people agenda and making a tangible difference to the business and its people.

The role will include:

• Overseeing compensation and benefits to ensure the business is an employer of choice
• Serving as the first point of contact for employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive working environment
• Promoting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the region
• Supporting succession planning and identifying talent needs in partnership with regional leaders
• Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to align practices, share best practice and lead or contribute to wider group HR projects and initiatives
• Ensuring consistent application of HR policies across the region

About you:
