Job summary

Safran is seeking a detail-driven HR Analyst to join the HR Workforce Management team. You will collaborate with Human Resources to maintain, analyse, and interpret workforce data, turning complex information into actionable insights for decision making.

The role supports leaders with timely intelligence to drive performance and shape our future workforce. The position involves maintaining HR systems, producing monthly scorecards, and enhancing processes with AI insights.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices (GDPR) and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyse, and interpret HR workforce data to provide actionable insights.
• Produce and evolve management information reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Lead the technical delivery of new HR systems and enhancements, working with stakeholders.
