Job summary

Infosys Limited in London seeks a Principal Consultant to lead reporting workshops across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent processes. You will define functional specs and design Power BI dashboards with the data modeling team to deliver HR insights.

The role requires deep Oracle HCM knowledge, experience with Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics and Oracle TBI, and a proven ability to bridge business and technical teams while engaging stakeholders across HR, IT and PMO.

Qualifications

• Experience with KPI reporting in HCM and HR analytics.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM data models and integration.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics and Oracle TBI.
• Knowledge of dashboards and data models to support HR decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, TA/ TM, Performance and Career Development.
• Define reporting functional specs for HR domains.
• Design Power BI dashboards for HR insights with data modeling teams.
• Validate logic, data structures, joins, and metrics for accuracy.
• Collaborate with testing to define functional reporting test cases.
• Engage with HR, Payroll, IT, Data and PMO stakeholders during governance.
