The Adecco Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in the United Kingdom to support a busy change programme, focusing on TUPE, organisational change and employee relations. You will partner with HR Specialists, programme teams and stakeholders to deliver people strategies and compliant change activities.
You will manage consultation processes, advise on ER matters, and coordinate end-to-end TUPE transfers while maintaining records and ensuring timely delivery across workstreams.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support the delivery of a busy change programme, with a particular focus on transactional TUPE activity, organisational change and employee relations.
The HR Advisor will play a key part in managing consultation processes, supporting programme delivery and ensuring that people‑related change activities are implemented effectively, compliantly and on schedule. Working closely with the HR Specialist, programme teams and operational stakeholders, you will take ownership of delivering agreed people strategies and provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
