Job Description:

HR Advisor/People Advisor

Location: Open on GTUK location + hybrid/flexible working available

Working arrangements: Flexible/Hybrid working available

Role Overview:

You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business with activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach managers on managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting senior colleagues, you will help deliver our people strategy and initiatives, contributing to the annual people experience cycle.

There are opportunities to expand your knowledge and develop your skills in this role.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in a generalist HR role supporting large client groups
  • Supportive experience in employee relations activities such as absence management, investigations, and disciplinary processes
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Examples of supporting managers with impactful initiatives
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in large, complex organizations
  • Experience working within service line structures and centers of excellence
  • Experience delivering Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
  • Experience managing people processes like salary reviews, performance moderation, and talent management
