HR Advisor/People Advisor
Location: Open on GTUK location + hybrid/flexible working available

You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business with activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach managers on managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting senior colleagues, you will help deliver our people strategy and initiatives, contributing to the annual people experience cycle.
