Job Title: HR Advisor
Department: Support Services
Salary: £30,583pa (pro rata £18,350pa)
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week over 3 days
Contract Term: 12 months in the first instance with possibility of extension
& subject to a 6-month probationary period
Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive HR advice and support across all areas of people management. The HR Advisor will work with managers and staff to deliver effective and consistent HR practices that reflect our caring and community-focused values.
