Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an HR Advisor to provide day-to-day HR guidance, ensure accurate administration and data processing, and support managers and employees.

You will liaise with payroll and managers, maintain HR records, process HR data, and produce reports using Excel and HR/payroll systems. This is a temporary ongoing role, 37.5 hours per week, paying £15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR advisory/HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and confidence handling payroll queries.
• Experience in data processing, maintaining accurate HR records and using HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and HR/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with payroll and managers to ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
• Process HR data and documentation (e.g., contract changes, starters/leavers, letters, HR system updates).
• Produce and maintain HR reports/spreadsheets as required, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
