Job summary

A leading UK healthcare support employer, Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, is seeking an organised HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners by delivering HR policy guidance and taking ownership of employee lifecycle administration. You will ensure data integrity across HR systems and help manage annual campaigns, recruitment, and case management.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google applications for managing data lists and basic reporting is desirable.
• Previous experiences in using Workday and / or SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable HR procedural guidance across the business area and administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure data integrity within HR systems and coordinate HR processes (onboarding to offboarding).
• Coordinate logistics and timelines for standard annual campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews, bonus processing).
• Act as focal point for Workday and SAP transactions; manage data entries throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and distribute regular HR data and metrics (absenteeism, headcount) for HRBPs.
• Prepare HR reviews with timely inputs from managers.
• Support case management meetings (disci plinary, grievances, performance management) and initial medical capability meetings.
• Participate in recruitment activities and process offers in the system.
