Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on various HR queries, supporting colleagues at all levels.
  • Oversee sickness absence reporting, analyse data trends, and offer actionable insights.
  • Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Manage Parental Leave and flexible working requests.
  • Lead onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews, track trends, and suggest strategies to improve retention.
  • Deliver engaging HR training across the organisation.
  • Generate monthly HR data and KPI reports, maintaining systems (Workday & ADP) with accuracy.

About You:

  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • Proven success in multi-site organisations.
  • Skilled with HRIS systems (especially ADP and Workday).
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
