What You Can Expect

The HR advisor provides guidance to leadership on employment law, compensation & benefits, and employee relations, while leading cross-country HR projects. Responsibilities include standardizing policies, partnering with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, and serving as an escalation point for complex HR cases. The role involves ensuring compliance, governance, and HR decision-making across the region.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Stay updated on employment law changes and advise the organization accordingly.
  • Lead cross-country HR projects, collaborating with leaders to meet business needs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as needed.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits, including retention bonuses, and collaborate with finance for budget planning.
  • Guide leaders on employment relations, policies, and labor law compliance.
  • Support negotiations with the Works Council and update the Employee Handbook with HRBP/HR Director.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits, retirement, and compensation.
  • Manage HR projects, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking.
  • Coach and mentor HR teams and business leaders on HR best practices.
  • Assist HRBPs with talent management initiatives.
  • Advise on long-term absences, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Handle audit-related HR inquiries.
Your Background
Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor relations, business administration, or related field, plus 3-5 years' HR experience or equivalent.

Professional Experience
  • 3-5 years in HR advisory, business partnering, or specialist roles.
  • Experience advising managers on HR policies and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of labor law, social security, and income tax for the supported country, familiarity with EU data privacy regulations is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-country employment laws is advantageous.
  • Practical application of HR principles to support business and employee needs.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development projects.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with HCM systems and ticketing systems is a plus.
Languages

Fluency in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in the local language of the supported country are required. Additional languages are a bonus.
