The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while ensuring policies comply with current employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Advisor or similar HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience with ability to manage cases independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident supporting managers at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, capability issues, and absence management.
• Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Supporting the HR Manager with various HR projects and business initiatives.
• Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Monitoring employee training compliance and ensuring mandatory training records remain up to date.
