Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Weston-Super-Mare is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service across the site. You will support managers on employee relations, drive engagement and ensure compliance, while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.

The role is full-time with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Salary up to £35,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with strong employee relations experience.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or progress towards it.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information while balancing priorities.
• Proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations matters.
• Build stakeholder relationships and coach managers in people management.
• Support recruitment, talent management and engagement initiatives.
• Manage HR casework from start to finish in line with policies and legislation.
• Produce and analyse HR data to support site people plans and improvements.
