SF Partners is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Grantham team. This on-site role offers a busy, supportive HR environment with broad responsibilities across advisory, administration and change projects.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide generalist advice to managers, manage employee relations matters, and help maintain HR records and processes. The position commands a £35,000 salary with enhanced benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law.
• Ability to advise managers and handle day-to-day HR matters independently.
• Attention to detail with contracts and HR documentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers across the business.
• Manage a varied employee relations caseload (absence, performance, conduct, capability, disciplinary, grievances).
• Support managers through sensitive people situations, ensuring processes are followed.
• Build strong relationships with managers as a trusted day-to-day HR contact.
• Support organisational change and employee consultations.
• Maintain HR documentation, records, contracts and systems.
• Coordinate training activity and support employee development initiatives.
• Assist with internal communications and HR projects.
