SF Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Grantham team, providing practical, commercially focused HR guidance to managers and handling a varied employee relations caseload in a busy, multi-site environment. The role is on-site in Grantham with a salary of £35,000 plus enhanced benefits.

Qualificações

• Solid foundation in generalist HR with ability to manage workload and advise managers.
• Experience handling employee relations including absence, performance, conduct, capability and grievance matters.
• Ability to build relationships and provide practical, compliant HR guidance across the business.
• Proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and guidance to managers across the business.
• Manage a varied employee relations caseload and ensure correct processes are followed.
• Support organisational change, employee consultations and integration of teams and processes.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, contracts and systems.
