Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an HR Advisor to provide high quality HR support, guidance and advice to line managers on all employee relations matters, and train managers in HR policies and processes.

You will support the Senior HR Advisor, handle a high volume of ER cases from initial contact to completion, ensure timely advice within SLAs, and contribute to HR projects across the employee lifecycle while upholding HC-One's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification and at least 2 years’ experience in a HR role managing a high volume of ER cases.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and employment legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to advise line managers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality HR advice and guidance to line managers to facilitate the early resolution of ER issues.
• Manage ER cases to closure, including conduct, performance management, grievance/whistleblowing, and absence management.
• Escalate complex cases to Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager for continuity of support.
• Deliver HR policy training to line managers.
• Support strategic HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation stored in central folders.
• Contribute to updating HR policies in line with employment law.
• Promote a professional image of HC-One.
