Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Officer/Advisor/Assistant with exposure to employee relations
• Experience preparing HR policies and employment documentation
• Proficient in MS Office and interpreting workforce data

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice across a broad range of people matters
• Support employee relations cases and assist managers in resolving workplace concerns fairly
• Monitor workforce information, compliance and HR metrics
• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning
• Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and maintain high-quality HR documentation
