Job summary

Prysmian in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional HR support to managers and employees, helping to deliver people initiatives and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

You will support recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR reporting while contributing to continuous improvement and wellbeing initiatives. Travel to the Aberdare site is required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR support to managers and employees.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• CIPD qualification or working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Advising managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations matters.
• Supporting disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence processes.
• Managing recruitment and onboarding activities to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR documentation.
• Supporting performance management, learning and wellbeing initiatives.
• Producing HR reports and people metrics to support decision-making.
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
